Our Story

It all started when…

Bill & Jane began their restaurant business in 2010 with Thai Stories in Woodbridge, CT. They wanted to share their Thai culture through heart-warming food served in a cozy atmosphere.  

Over the years, they have expanded from Thai Stories Restaurant to other locations across Connecticut, including Coco Thai Kitchen in Suffield. Bill & Jane also founded, but do not currently own, Thai Berry Kitchen in Monroe, Bangkok Room in Ansonia, and Thai Riverside in Chester. 

They always aim to be innovative by implementing new business ideas to keep up with current trends. For example, they launched Chick-a-Bowl, a ghost kitchen business that shares the same kitchen as Thai Stories but has a completely different menu concept. Their latest business venture is a ramen food truck called Ramen Station based in New Haven.
